Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Energy audit and assessment of existing electrical and mechanical systems in selected public buildings. b. Identification and prioritization of energy efficiency projects based on energy savings potential, environmental impact, and financial viability. c. Development of detailed designs, specifications, and cost estimates for the proposed energy efficiency projects, including solar projects and installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. d. Coordination and assistance with obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and incentives from relevant agencies and utilities for energy efficiency, solar projects, and EV charging stations. e. Coordinate with the utility company to submit applications for energy efficiency programs, calculate savings, and secure rebates where applicable. f. Project administration, including construction oversight, coordination with contractors, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. g. Post-implementation analysis, monitoring, and verification of energy savings, as well as reporting on project performance.
