Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project #1 Jeffersonville Post Office Floor Cleaning The Jeffersonville Post Office is located on the first floor of Town Office Building. The existing vinyl flooring needs to be cleaned. Experience in cleaning/polishing commercial vinyl floors is required. Contractors are encouraged to visit the Post Office to view the floor conditions in all areas of the Post Office, layout and determine how the work will need to be completed. The Post Office conducts business 7 days a week. Work will need to be carefully sequenced/scheduled to allow them to conduct their business during the work. Off shift hours, and phasing maybe required. Coordination with the Jeffersonville Post Master will also be required. Project #2 Jeffersonville Post Office Interior Painting The Jeffersonville Post Office is located on the first floor of Town Office Building. The existing interior walls need a new coat of paint. Experience in interior painting is required. Contractors are encouraged to visit the post office to view the wall conditions, layout and determine how the work will need to be completed in all areas of the Post Office. The Post Office conducts business 7 days a week. Work will need to be carefully sequenced/scheduled to allow them to conduct their business during the work. Off shift hours, and phasing maybe required. Coordination with the Jeffersonville Post Master will also be required.
