These services must be provided in a manner that will enhance academic and student life programs. The University believes the board program is the backbone of campus dining and must have high quality, meeting the needs of the residential students. The retail program should be enhanced, providing options and balance. A comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates the Contractor with the University is vital to the growth of sales on campus. The program should articulate solutions to the needs and concerns of students, faculty, staff and guests.
