Specifications include, but are not limited to: C-band, dual-polarization Doppler weather radar, delivery, installation, and commissioning to include: Solid-state C-band transmitter, dual-polarization (H,V), hydrometeor ID, beam width <1, selectable pulse width and pulse repetition frequency, antenna gain >45dB, antenna pedestal, reflector, receiver and signal processor, radome, radar control and display system/software, remote operations capability, adaptive clutter filtering, minimum range of 250km, and operating range suitable for northern U.S. climate.; Radar shall be installed at the Bowman Regional Airport, Bowman, ND in existing STATE facilities. STATE shall provide steel tower through separate procurement.; The contractor is responsible for identifying and complying with all state and federal requirements that apply to the contract.
