Specifications include, but are not limited to: The display should be custom designed to adhere to the established financial limit with consideration for no ground enhancements and no shells larger than 5”. The display should incorporate a mix of 5”, 4”, and 3” shells and cakes, and carry a holiday theme. For example: 5” shells (80), 4” shells (100), 3” (300), and cakes (4). This list is provided only as an example and will need to be adjusted to remain within the budget of $7,200.00. Due to the weather that accompanies the show this time of year, a restricted timetable of no shorter than 12 minutes and no longer than 17 minutes must be adhered to. The full display should stimulate the finale of a larger show. All submittals should contain details of all types of shells being used (colors and sizes) as well as the duration of the show. This information will be used in the evaluation of each bid submitted. Any submittal not including this information will not be considered.
