Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Blythe Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide HVAC maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance recommendations and the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor’s State Licensing Board, C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor. . B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).
