Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offerors who propose Commissary Services must supply goods for resale to Residents, family, friends, Visitors, Official Guests, and County employees of the County’s Correctional Facilities. The Offeror must be capable of offering goods including, but not limited to, food, beverages, medical products, personal hygiene products, miscellaneous products, apparel, footwear, and specific electronic items. Commissary Services must include, but are not limited to, the following activities: 6.2.1.1 Inventory management. 6.2.1.2 Purchasing and sourcing. 6.2.1.3 Pricing. 6.2.1.4 Account management. 6.2.1.5 Security measures, including prevention of theft or fraud and restriction of contraband. 6.2.1.6 Financial reporting. 6.2.1.7 Customer service. 6.2.1.8 Account and inventory reconciliation. 6.2.1.9 Compliance with regulations and policies at a Facility, local, state, and federal level. 6.2.1.10 Technology and software necessary to support the Commissary functions. 6.2.1.11 Restocking and distribution. 6.2.1.12 Reporting and auditing.
