Specifications include, but are not limited to: The building is a one (1) story office with a total of 12,487 square feet of floor space. 12,487 sq. ft. building provides criminal investigative services that houses approximately 17 employees. The floors are covered with either carpet and/or tile. The office and work areas have cubical workstations or office rooms. The suspended ceiling contains lights, ductwork, cable trays, sprinkler system, smoke detectors and emergency exit signs, etc. The building is highly secure due to its investigative functions and sensitive evidence storage contents. The Contractor shall perform the required services to the extent necessary to assure clean, sanitary and rubbish free surroundings commensurate with the health and well-being of Wisconsin State Employees. This contract is the comprehensive cleaning of the Wisconsin Crime Laboratory, a one store building office located in the City of Wausau, WI. Janitorial cleaning service may include but not limited to following: Office and cubical workstations Floor Care (carpet, tile, vinyl) Bathrooms and kitchens Dusting Removal of refuse Janitorial Closet Windows (interior and exterior) Furniture and building fixture Seals and Frames
