Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Provide onsite organizational meeting(s) as requested by the District, providing guidance for bulking, loose-packing and lab-packing to meet the requirements of the disposal facility as well as providing training for proper preparation of complete inventory lists and packing lists.•Ensure that materials are properly labeled in regards to DOT hazard class and facility specific packaging criteria.•Provide trained hazardous waste management personnel that are in compliance with the OSHA training requirements for hazardous waste site workers promulgated at 29 CFR 1910.120.•Develop and provide the District with a copy of written site-specific health/safety and emergency plansfor transport of the materials from the collection facility to the transport vehicle and conduct a briefsafety meeting prior to each transport.
