Specifications include, but are not limited to: Finishing the site from what was done during the town's emergency repair to gain access to the residents in that section of town. Rebuilding the rip rap that is on site (shall be a minimum of 4’ below the bottom of the channel). Finish filling the site and armoring the riverbank with large rock. Ditch and shoulder cleaning (finished ditches should be 3’ wide by 2’ deep), clean up all stockpiled material and move materials where needed that are on the site, seed and mulching/hydroseed ditches and all areas that are not stone lined and that have soil that has been disturbed and graveling the road surface. Finished road surface shall be a minimum of 22’ wide. Install new guard rail. Removal and dispose of wood Debris thru out the project site. The contractor is responsible for all materials needed for the project.
