Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide information on where bicycle parking is under-utilized and draw some conclusions about why that will inform future decisions about placement of bicycle parking (i.e., is the parking not near any destinations, is the parking not near a useable door, is the parking hard to find, is there a distance to a usable door beyond which people do not seem to want to use a rack). Provide information on where bicycle parking is full and there is possible latent unmet demand (indicated by people parking bikes nearby at trees, railings, etc.). Create a baseline for bicycle parking demand that could have data added in future to track changes. Provide data to support development of an internal plan for more parking to be implemented in FY26-FY30 (the bid project does not include developing this parking plan). Provide support data for why the exact siting of bicycle parking stalls is important and to support the need for more stalls in areas where uses are competing.
