Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general the work consists of replacing the existing fire alarm systems in eleven buildings to improve smoke and heat detection, provide additional audio/visual alarm signals to meet ADA code, and reduce system maintenance. This will provide greater security for building contents and improved life safety. All buildings will be provided with a new distributed antenna system (DAS) for fire fighter communications.
