Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Wisconsin System operates the Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory. The current state-of-the-art facility opened its doors in 2006. This is a three-story building with no basement located at 445 Easterday Lane, Madison, Wisconsin. It has 82,000 sq. ft. total, of which 58,000 will be under contract for janitorial services. Estimated square footage per type of flooring is: Vinyl Tile – 44,739 sq. ft.; Carpet – 8,500 sq. ft.; Concrete – 2,000 sq. ft.; Epoxy/Grout – 5,200 sq. ft. (Necropsy room). Janitorial services shall be performed five times per week between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12 a.m. Contractor is not required to perform services on the following celebrated holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
