Specifications include, but are not limited to: The COLLEGE is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced Firms to identify and implement a new Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to replace our current EDMS. Proposals should provide greater flexibility, functionality, scalability (thousands of records), security, and reporting, while also maintaining an intuitive interface for our customers. Proposal should include 16 Concurrent User Licenses, 50 Concurrent View-Only Licenses, Modules (Advanced Workflow, Datalink (ability to interface with a BIO/DEMO database), transfer of 10gb of current data (153 gb) to the new system, training in all aspects of the product, and storage- 233GB. Please include the number of hours allotted for Professional Services. CONTRACTORs should clearly identify in their proposal how they will engage with staff for training.
