Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this RFQ is to select a vendor to provide translation testing services to provide best possible customer experience to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) The selected Offeror will provide the following work: Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Tree translation 1. Walk through flow of the (IVR) system in selecting a language to quality check that prompts and responses are correct and follow native language. 2. Verification that dialog is translated correctly and prompts selected work as designed. 3. Testing 4 hours per resource/language for correct prompts and translation accuracy. a. Approximately 60 hours per tester. 2 Way translated Chat 1. Live test chat environment testing. 2. Verification that when having a two-way chat with another user, the language translation is correct and as close to native speaker as possible. (Checking that the translation from selected language to English and back to selected language is correct). 3. Will have approximately 100 test scenarios. Each is estimated to take 2 hours to test for a total of 200 hours. Web site chat bot (FAQ Static content) 1. Google based Artificial Intelligence (AI) chat bot with static content 2.
