Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Excavate existing material to approximately 12” depth to expose and remove filter fabric. Waste materials to be disposed offsite. • Remove existing 4x10 lumber border and dispose offsite. • Evaluate existing stone subgrade for presence of drain system; test functionality if existing system is found. • If no drainage component is found, or if existing system is not functional, then install 4” perforated drain tiles to allow internal drainage. o Town lengths of pipe covering the full dimension of the bocce court, connected to one common discharge pipe which will run into tree line and daylight. • Reconstruct bocce court profile: o Furnish and install 8” of ¾” crushed stone, o Cap crushed stone layer with landscape fabric to prevent contamination with fines o Furnish and install 4” of 3/8” crushed stone dust o Laser grade and compact all material layers • Install new 4x10 pressure treated lumber border • Loam and seed disturbed areas around project footprint.
