Specifications include, but are not limited to: interior office expansion project at Rhode Island Lottery Headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island. The architectural and engineering design services include the following: • Evaluation of existing building conditions • Concept/preliminary design • Final design • Preparation of project specifications and drawings • Review of construction change orders and payment requisitions • Assisting the Lottery in project close-out documentation • Construction administration services including, but not limited to, the following: attendance at the pre-bid conference, assistance with vendors questions and responses, evaluation of bid proposals, review / recommendation for award, and assistance in preparation of the appropriate agreements.
