Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Madison Monona Terrace is looking for a vendor to do kitchen floor re-coating. The guide specifications is included in this request in Attachment A, as well as pictures of the areas in Attachment B. Attachment C is the Kitchen Coating Map. All yellow areas are to be re-coated. The red area will not be re-coated. The blue area is tentatively going to be re-coated, however, if the cost is over budget, that part will be eliminated. The project will consist of preparation and re-coating of the kitchen area hallways, storerooms, closets and all adjacent/continuous coated flooring areas, estimated at 6700 square feet. It is the contractor’s responsibility to verify square footage for this bid. The storerooms will be emptied out by the catering contractor, and any wheeled equipment will be removed from the area by the catering company, or by Monona Terrace staff. The dishwasher will be the responsibility of the flooring contractor, to remove and re-install the dishwasher by approved dates. All of the work will need to be coordinated with the Monona Terrace representative, Monona Catering representative and the carpeting installation representative.
