Specifications include, but are not limited to: Estimating services throughout the design phase.; Working with the architect to modify schematic design as needed to mitigate supply-chain issues.; Ensure the project is completely within its goals.; Work with the architect to obtain best value and contain costs within the total project cost of $49,970,100 that includes all architect, CMAR, construction costs, design fees, owner costs, FF&E costs, and other sundry costs typical of a large capital project.; Construction feasibility recommendations throughout the design phase.; Contract terms will be based on NDUS CMAR Contract agreement between Owner and Construction Manager. A draft copy of the contract will be made available upon request. The contract terms and conditions are not negotiable.
