Specifications include, but are not limited to: On behalf of the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) the South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority, Office of State Procurement (SFAA) is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide quality assurance (QA) services for the electronic titling and registering of vehicles between Licensed South Carolina Dealers and the SCDMV. A qualified offeror must be capable of integrating with the SCDMV Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) program, maintaining high accuracy levels for transaction review, and protecting the intellectual property of the SCDMV and EVR Service Providers who serve as the processing intermediary for the Licensed South Carolina Dealers processing transactions electronically. The selected Contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the SCDMV, state, and federal vehicle titling and registration requirements and providing reliable QA services.
