Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The contractor is to procure, store, and deliver materials free of defect at the time of the renovation. All materials are to be protected from freezing or overheating in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. • Provide barricades to identify the work area, signage to reroute the public, and plastic sheeting to prevent dust and debris from permeating the surrounding area. • Removal and disposal of existing ceramic tile on the floor and walls, countertops, toilet partitions, ceiling tiles, HVAC grills, lights, restroom accessories, and fixtures, except for the faucets. (Faucets will be saved and reinstalled) • Complete any necessary wall, ceiling, floor repair and/or leveling. • Patch and paint walls and doors with Sherwin Williams paint. Color to be selected by owner representative, similar to the images provided in Attachment 1. • Furnish & install new floor tile with a stone looking, neutral colored, large body (12 x12 or larger) porcelain slip resistant tile, style, and color to be selected by owner’s representative, similar to the images provided in Attachment 1. • Furnish & install new wall tile with a coordinating trim, style, and color to be selected by owner’s representative, similar to the images provided in Attachment 1. • Grout color to be selected by owner’s representative, similar to the images provided in Attachment 1, and sealed after installation by contractor. • Furnish & install new acoustic ceiling tile. • Furnish & install bathroom fixtures with new Kohler fixtures with exposed flush valves. • Furnish & install new plastic laminate ceiling hung toilet partitions which are ASTM and NFPM compliant, color to be chosen by owners’ representative. • Furnish & install new solid surface waterfall edge countertops with integrated sinks, style, and color to be chosen by owners’ representative. • Furnish & install new LED light fixtures, style and color to be chosen by owners’ representative. • Furnish and install new mirrors to be similar to existing in size and mounting. • Reinstall faucets. • Furnish & install all new wall mounted restroom accessories to match existing accessories, no replacement restroom accessory will be recessed into the wall. Single towel dispensers will be separate from the trash unit. • Walls near the entry door and labeled on the plan should be painted and prepped for future wall graphics to be mounted (graphics to be provided by others) • Furnish and install restroom signage similar to the image provided in Attachment 1. • Rework plumbing and provide exposed flush valves. • Clean up after work is completed. Dispose of all refuse.
