Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Bellevue is seeking a custodial services company to provide cleaning services at three buildings and three parks located within the Village. Specifications - All custodial services shall be performed between the hours of 10:00pm – 8:00am, Monday through Sunday. The exception is the Village Hall and Village Offices/DPW which shall be cleaned between the hours of 8:00pm-6:30am. Village recognized holidays will be excluded from cleaning and include the following: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. There may be need for an additional cleaning at Site #1 on Saturday nights for the weekends that we have double rental of the facility. The vendor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and cleaning chemicals to fulfill this contract. Equipment and materials are defined as anything required to complete the job to include but not limited to; floor burnisher and burnishing pads, vacuum, broom, mop, floor scrubber, carpet cleaner, rags, etc. The Village will provide can liners, toilet paper, hand towels and soap.
