Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Orleans experienced damage to existing infrastructure from the July 2023 flooding event. Based on initial meetings and discussions, these sites are probable for partial-FEMA reimbursement. Based on the Village procurement policy, we are putting out engineering services for proposals to assist the Village through the FEMA process through completion of construction. Services would generally include, at a minimum: survey, geotechnical investigations, hydraulic studies and calculations, design, plan production and drafting of bid documents suitable for FEMA work, permitting assistance, easements, leading bid phases, and construction engineering (admin., management, inspection, oversight, material testing).
