Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State had previously issued a notice of noncompetitive purchase to contract with the Hunt Institute tosupport North Dakota as they execute Section 13 of Senate Bill 2283 to study school choice modelsimplemented nationally, as well as facilitate a task force comprised of a diverse group of North Dakotastakeholders on school choice. From October 2023 to October 2024, the Hunt Institute will develop a finalreport for submission to the Legislative Management, which will include up to three stakeholder surveysand up to two focus groups and facilitate task force meetings.The scope of work has expanded to include at least four additional task force meetings, facilitation, andassociated work to support the increased number of meetings
