Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DAR RM system, which is expected to be an existing software solution, should be conceived, designed, and constructed within the native Salesforce environment, forming an integral part of the platform. It should seamlessly harness the capabilities of Salesforce, providing DAR specific features such as bio-demographic data management, prospect tracking, and gift processing as inherent components of the Salesforce ecosystem. This project does not involve the development of the software itself but focuses on its implementation and integration into the University of Delaware's ecosystem. . The following items are expected to be addressed in the response to the RFP: a. Discovery and Analysis – Conduct a detailed analysis of existing systems, including business requirements, data model, workflows, and integration needs. b. System Configuration and Customization – Configure native Salesforce and proposed solution to meet DAR team needs, including application customizations, data rules, workflows, and reports. c. Data Migration and Export – Provide guidance and expertise on constituent data migration from Ellucian Advance to Salesforce, mapping fields, and ensuring data quality. d. Integration – Assist in design and development of data integrations between Salesforce CRM and crucial University systems, like PeopleSoft, using a range of integration technologies, including APIs and Informatica. e. Training – Provide virtual and onsite training on the new system, best practices, and user adoption. f. Support – Deliver post-production support, including bug fixes, enhancements, and performance tuning. Address security and privacy compliance, as needed. g. Security / Privacy – Vendor to provide, as applicable, how they address: HECVAT, PCI, PII, HIPAA, BAA, DOE TPS, FERPA and/or GDPR. h. Project Management – Present a comprehensive project plan with methodology, tasks, milestones, resources, budget, and deliverables for the distinct phases of the project. i. Change Management – Recommend new roles and structures, define job positions, and create a communication plan. Deliver training programs and a change management framework.
