Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) plan and system design for installation and maintenance (2) provide equipment and licensing for all installed products (3) internet service identification and/or provision (4) installation and configuration of equipment (5) provide any licensing required (6) system monitoring, maintenance and upkeep. The system is expected to provide a strong signal to the outdoor areas of the entire coverage area. The ideal Wi-Fi signal strength would be between -30 dBm and -60 dBm. Expected signal strength must be indicated in proposal. Technical support must include the ability to update and support all hardware, and software provided in this RFP. The complete system will need to be protected with firewall and anti-virus software. All services need to be capable of monitoring by both city administrative staff and the consultant for data tracking and maintenance.
