Specifications include, but are not limited to: This specification is intended to cover the delivery of food to the Senior Nutrition Program for Adams County Health and Human Services, either Option 1 - 4. 1.2) The number of meals served at the dining site varies on a day-to-day basis. The core hours that the dining site is open are from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Senior Nutrition Program is closed on County holidays, one day per year for a Fall all-staff training, and during inclement weather when the Adams-Friendship School District cancels school. 1.3) The county shall execute a separate contract with the vendor. 1.4) The contract will be effective based on the agreed upon start-up date for calendar year 2024. After this time period, contracts will be effective on a yearly basis. Adams County Health and Human Services does not have the intention to rebid the Senior Nutrition Program until the 2026 year services as long as the vendor is able to meet criteria
