Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the renovations of the Red Pine Bunker, Range, and short-game at Brighton Dale Golf Links. The Scope of Work for this project shall include the following: • Construction of a new short-game green complex • Construction of a new driving range teeing area • Construction of several new teeing areas on the 9-hole Red Pine Course • Reconstruction of the bunkers on the 9-hole Red Pine Course • Installation of Better Billy Bunker liners (by certified installer) • Installation of fairway slit drainage • Re-grassing of green, tee and bunker surfaces and surrounds • All related material purchasing, hauling and installation
