Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Traffic Control/flagging: The contractor shall install a construction sign package conforming to the MUTCD Standards. 2 Removal of 7” – rip rap: The small 7” rip rap shall be removed from station 0+30 to 0+70. The rip rap shall be hauled to the town garage located in South Londonderry, unless otherwise indicated by the Town. 3 Heavy Duty 5’ rip rap/type 2 stone fill: The heavy-duty rip rap shall consist of 4’ and 5’ stone fill from stations 0+30 to 0+50. The heavy-duty rip rap shall be blended with type 2 stone fill as needed to help lock in the various size rip rap. The slope of the rip rap shall be as shown on the plan. The sections show 60 CY; to fill other voids not shown on the sections, we will use 70 CY. USE 70 CY 4 Type 4 stone fill: Type 4 stone fill (VTRANS specification 706.04) shall be installed from stations 0+50 to 0+70. The slope of the rip rap shall be at as shown on the plan. Type IV stone fill specification: The longest dimension of the stone shall vary from 3 to 60 inches, and at least 50% of the volume of the stone in-place shall have a minimum dimension of 20 inches. The sections show 50 CY; to fill other voids not shown on the sections, we will use 60 CY. USE 60 CY 5 Mobilization/Demobilization: This line item is inclusive of insurances and is subsidiary to the contract.
