Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Furnish and install new JACE 8000 controller, or equivalent, for tie in to new central server for the Windham Southwest Supervisory Union (WSWSU). Provide all installation, programming, and server graphics for the JACE 8000. 2. Furnish and install new controls in boiler room. Provide new controller, panel, power supplies, temperature sensors, relays, and current sensors to control two existing boilers, two existing hot water circulator pumps, and one domestic hot water pump. Provide demand control logic based on building demand and enable pumps and boilers from demand of system. Provide full graphical representation of systems with alarms and adjustable setpoints.
