Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facilitate, or co-facilitate, an affinity group (defined as a closed group for safe space) for BIPOC FSD staff members with a focus on FSD BIPOC staff retention and support, no less that monthly. • Gather continuous feedback from FSD BIPOC staff to ensure that their goals/desired outcomes of the affinity group are accomplished. • Facilitate meetings virtually at a minimum monthly, with occasional in person meetings as determined by the group. • Provide a space for BIPOC staff to discuss both their experience working in FSD, and living in the State of Vermont, but also to simply connect. • Have a strong social work background, with at least five years of experience in the child welfare system. • Assist members in providing feedback to FSD Leadership and the racial equity workgroup on issues related to policy, practice, and staff support, if desired by members.
