At the Wastewater Treatment Facility: upgrade of an aerated lagoon treatment process with new aeration system, new blower, chemical dosing locations, new fiberglass reinforced polymer structures for sampling and flow measurement, new influent flow meter and manhole, new influent manhole manual screening device, new process piping and controls. At the Liberty Lift Station new diesel back-up generator, site electrical upgrades, and architectural improvements to generator building.
