Specifications include, but are not limited to: Setup: - Possible Arial Lift/crane following all safety, rigging and traffic precautions necessary to perform scope safely. - Mount winch and safety harness to courthouse tower and repel down the face as needed to reach surfaces safely Dome Cleaning: - Professionally clean using low pressure wash with detergent. - Rinse off accumulated dirt, grime, mildew and debris. - Difficult stains, dark spots shall be hand sanded with fine sandpaper or scrubbing as needed. Dome Sealing - Areas deemed clean by contractor will be inspected by facilities staff before sealer is to be applied. - Everbrite Protectaclear or CrobialCoat equivalent or better shall be applied per manufacturer recommendations.
