Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is requesting the services of a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Traffic Monitoring Strategic Plan (TMSP) to guide modernization of all aspects of NDDOT’s traffic data collection program. NDDOT intends to execute one cost plus fixed fee contract requiring progress payments with the chosen firm. NDDOT reserves the right to assign work in phases. If any additional work is required in alignment with this outlined scope of work, a change order or contract amendment will be utilized. If the selected vendor builds any specifications under this procurement, they will be excluded from State consideration for any future Traffic Monitoring Solution based on those specifications.
