Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2D Transfer systems for the fabrication of high quality 2D crystal heterostructures, including: A manual motorized transfer system at ambient conditions, which contains all the required elements for the fabrication of a high-quality 2D heterostructure. A fully motorized transfer system in a glovebox with a full remote control, which contains all the required elements for the fabrication of a high-quality 2D heterostructure. Meeting the following requirements: - Rotation stage with 0.015 degrees resolution (or better) - Includes a high-resolution optical microscope with a CCD camera and mechanical stage. - Includes a vacuum chuck that can be heated up to 200C with 0.1C accuracy (or better) - The manual transfer system must have a brightfield microscope. - The fully motorized transfer system must have a darkfield microscope.
