Regrading and pouring of new concrete patios for improved drainage away from entrance doors and sidelights. Providing a storm drain inlet at the northwest patio and tie-in to existing storm line at east of building. Replacing masonry exposed by planter removal with new facebrick to match existing walls. Providing new concrete splashpads/mow strips at three sides of the building to better divert rainwater that washes down the building away from the base of the walls and prevents mud splashing up onto the walls. Remove a section of sidewalk west of the building, regrade, and replace sidewalk for better drainage away from the building and to prevent ice from forming on the walks during winter.
