Specifications include, but are not limited to: The solution must use Azure AD for authentication and authorization. Describe how the system integrates with Azure AD. Any DATA provided by the STATE must be made available to the STATE at any time in the means of an API, SQL Interface, Batch Export format, etc. The solution must be an off-the-shelf package with user definable configuration. Describe how the solution can manage security within entities and between entities. The solution must have the ability to set permissions/security based on roles. The solution must have the ability to set confidential documents as viewable to only certain individuals. (Cannot be printed or shared). The solution must have the ability to manage different boards and groups (other boards and groups not able to see each other’s info). The solution must have the ability to access the solution securely on any device - laptop, iPad, iOS, Android, etc. and any web browser if the solution is browser based.
