Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Removals: excavation common, electrical, landscaping, existing asphalt parking lot and tree removal. • Erosion Control: Erosion mat, turbidity barrier, silt fence, sediment logs, and stormwater swales. • Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk improvements, asphalt parking lot paving and repair, ADA accessible canoe kayak launch, ADA accessible fishing pier, park benches, picnic tables, preliminary setup for ADA playground, free standing drinking fountain and seawall modification. • Electrical: Electrical service, and underground conduit. • Utilities: Sanitary sewer force main service and grinder pump, and water line Buildings: 1) Prefabricated Concrete Restroom: purchase and installation, including foundation and, associated site utilities. 2) Existing Shelter Upgrades: Concrete sidewalk around shelter, new doors and windows, and other updates. (Additive Alternate) • Site and Turf Restoration: Site and turf restoration. General site clean-up and amenities installed.
