Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for supplying State of Wisconsin agencies and institutions with Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services to ensure high levels of safety and operational standards for the state elevator systems. The State, as represented by its Department of Administration (DOA), State Bureau of Procurement (SBOP) intends to use the results of this process to establish a statewide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services contract for all its agencies and institutions (excluding the Department of Corrections), including the University of Wisconsin System campuses (excluding UW-Madison) and municipalities. The resulting contract from this Request for Bid (RFB) will be statewide and may be utilized by agencies at the state, county, and local levels of government, collectively referred to as “end-user,” in the State of Wisconsin. End-user delivery locations are located throughout the State of Wisconsin.
