Specifications include, but are not limited to: This “Turnkey Scope of Services” includes procurement, delivery, installation of (3) three Elkay ezH20 bottle filling stations with single ADA cooler non-filtered, refrigerated units model number EZS8WSLK. The contractor is to procure, store, and deliver at the time of install the new units. The contractor will remove exiting water fountains, prepare the area for installation of new units including rough in water and drain lines, install wood backing, patch, and paint to match surrounding wall conditions, and dispose of the current water fountains. Start-up, operate, and make necessary adjustments to ensure each unit is functioning optimally per manufacturer recommendations. All materials and preparations needed to replace the water fountains with bottle filing stations are the responsibility of the contractor. All work times to be coordinated with facilities and courthouse administration.
