Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Tree Removal-Remove tree and stump on west side of parking as circled in red.-Top dress with soil as needed, seed, fertilize and straw/mulch all effected areas2.Sign Work-Remove existing plants, weeds and debris-Plant 8 low growing, decorative plants (Blue Catmint) or blue equivalent to match sign-Hardwood mulch around plants3.4 Parking lot planting beds-Clean, spray/remove existing plants outlined in blue as seen in picture-Install new plants per plan and hardwood mulch4.Field Stone Boulders-Install large boulders as seen in green 18” to deter vehicles-Install field stone border around 2 areas as pictured in gray buried approximately 1/3 of the diameter of the stone. 8”- 12”-Approximately 235 linear feet5.Existing retaining wall.-Remove ends as needed, level, refasten wall caps and if determined areas especially at the endcannot be repaired, use boulders for retaining.
