Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide the following services: A. Labor, equipment, and materials to perform various office move related services including but not limited to moving, transportation pickup/delivery and move management. B. Labor and equipment to perform various disassembly and reassembly of furniture including dry erase boards, chalk boards, shelving, etc. C. Labor for moving and relocation of computers, printers and facsimile machines as directed by the CHP Contract Representative. All sensitive equipment shall be padwrapped. D. Removal of packing materials, rubbish and debris from new premises as directed. E. Thirty (30) days prior to the agreed upon move date, Contractor shall provide boxes, bins, and carts to the CHP. The CHP will contact the Contractor within thirty (30) days after the move to pick-up boxes, bins and carts provided to the CHP.
