Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor(s) will monitor and respond to remote alert notifications generated by the Christina School District’s selected computer application on District-provided devices for students who attend the Christina School District. The vendor will monitor and respond to alerts that cause concern for the safety and welfare of students in the Christina School District outside of school hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. ● Monday – Thursday, 4 pm – 7 am ● Friday, 4 pm – Monday, 7 am ● Holidays ● Summer The vendor will serve as the initial point of contact for the remote notifications when Christina School District students engage in potentially harmful activities on the computer. The vendor will: ● Have access to the Christina School District email system to monitor risk notifications and respond accordingly to the District’s process. ● Determine the level of risk according to the vendor’s guidelines ● Contact the student’s guardian using the District’s Student Information System. ● Conduct a risk assessment of the student and/or contact mobile crisis to report to the student’s location ● Maintain documentation of all incidents in a mutually agreed-upon format ● Notify school staff via email and provide corresponding documentation ● Properly train their employees and ensure all monitors have access to the alerts and data; ensure employees engage in any training provided by the Christina School District.
