The results of the comprehensive study will inform decision makers who manage the landscape around the Trout River, Black Falls Brook, and West Hill Brook to understand the risks and hazards to life, property, and infrastructure, associated with potential future flooding in Montgomery, VT, as well as potential opportunities for mitigation and restoration projects.
