Specifications include, but are not limited to: North Dakota State University is requesting bids to perform an air emissions test program at their facility located in Fargo, North Dakota. The objective of the test program is to demonstrate permit compliance with total suspended particulate matter (PM) emissions of the Coal Boiler No.2 & 4 Baghouse Outlet. All testing will meet the requirements of the North Dakota State University, North Dakota Department of Health (NDDH) and the EPA. Specified testing will include the determination of the following: gas velocity; gas temperature; gas molecular weight; gas moisture content; volumetric flow rate; oxygen (O2); carbon dioxide (CO2); total suspended particulate Matter (PM)
