Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work is to provide quality laptops, desktops and Chrome devices to Kenosha Unified School District. In addition to the product, we are looking for a partner to provide a quality service for their product. Below are the requirements from KUSD when evaluating a vendor’s service and product. a. All models quoted must be commercial, business or educational grade devices. Consumer grade devices will not be accepted. b. The model specifications must remain consistent for 6-8 months. KUSD will be notified of specification changes as needed at least 30 days before any changes take effect. c. Demonstration units for all items included in this bid must be made available for testing upon request by KUSD. These demonstration units must be delivered for testing within 7 business days of the request. These units will be returned within 15 business days of receipt. d. All systems with the exception of the Chromebooks must come with at least a 3-year warrantee. All warrantee details must be included in the response to this RFP. KUSD prefers to do Self Maintainer type warrantees. Where KUSD staff can request replacement parts from the manufacturer and preform the replacement or repair using our technical staff. Please include any processes and training that would be needed to be certified by the manufacturer to perform warrantee repairs. Chromebooks must include a minimum of 1-year warrantee on all parts and labor
