Specifications include, but are not limited to: EXTERIOR WORK AREA: Coordinate with URI for access to site and laydown area extents, staging area, signage requirements, and construction fencing extents. Contractor to coordinate with Owner for timing of noisy and dust-producing work. Building and surrounding campus will be fully occupied during the work. INTERIOR WORK RESTRICTIONS: All offices and other rooms with windows requirement modifications are normally occupied. URI will work with Contractor to determine a work schedule that will make a limited number of rooms available to the Contractor for work on any given day. Once work begins in a room, it must be completed before moving onto another space. URI will re-occupy as soon as work is completed including cleaning. Do not begin work unless all glazing and hardware required for each space are on hand. Clean each space after work to the satisfaction of URI to allow re-occupancy.
