Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Auditing digital content on State Internet, and Intranet sites and providing reporting on the areas that need to be addressed to correct accessibility issues. Reports should include what those accessibility issues are, and information on how to successfully correct them. o This will include the review of all Multimedia Transcription, Captioning, and Description provided on all audio and video digital content to ensure full accessibility and provide information on how to successfully correct any issues. • Provide the State a detailed report of items that the Vendor recommends be addressed regarding website platform accessibility issues, such as website style sheets and page layout to ensure accessibility standards for the website templates. The State will provide a detailed report to the State Agency of Digital Services Web Master for review with State Web Contractor for remediation consideration. • Best practices for achieving the WCAG A or AA Standard for website accessibility. • Knowledge Transfer to State Employees. o Best practices on digital content accessibility. o Assistance for remediation of digital content that has been posted to websites to correct accessibility issues. o Training in the skills and toolset needed for high-level accessible day-to-day digital content (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Acrobat Adobe).
