Selective demolition of walls, floors, floor finishes, doors and frames in selected areas. Install new toilet fixtures, sinks, toilet partitions, new porcelain wall tile and backer board. Provide new masonry or metal stud walls where shown, Also, install new lighting, heating, and exhaust systems. Patch and repair existing floor tile systems where shown then restore and protect tile floors and walls. Restore or provide new terrazzo floor systems where shown.
