Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Road Material, 3/4 “crushed gravel. b. Bedding Material, 3/4” washed rock. c. Cold Asphalt Mix, SM-250; Order Quantities (Estimated ranges are based on three years of purchasing experience) a. Road Material, 4,000 – 9,000 tons annually. b. Bedding Material, 500 – 2000 tons annually. c. Cold Asphalt Mix, 200 - 500 tons annually. Delivery Procedures - a. Orders in varying amounts and at unscheduled intervals can be expected, with some materials being ordered in smaller quantities throughout the year, and some being ordered once in a larger amount. b. All materials must be delivered, when ordered, to the Public Works Utility Service Center storage yard, located at 2251 Belknap Avenue, Billings, MT 59101.
